Driving to the Delaware Water Gap today, which is situated - contrary to what the name may suggest - on the boarder of Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the Delaware river, the water gap right next to Mount Pocono . A charming little village was constructed around this Gap. We visited and took a hike on part of the Appalachian Trail - the complete trail counts 2,178 miles, starting in Georgia and finishing in Maine.

After buying some fruits and veggies at the local farmer we set route for Philadelphia. We had found the perfect deal near the city centre. A Park & Ride company provided parking spots for RV’s, electricity and water + a ride to the bus station included. We did not need anything more.
